Set on the 10th green of Fort Collins’ Ptarmigan Golf Community, this 5,112-square-foot corner-lot home was fully renovated inside and out, including two structural additions. Working closely with the homeowners, Hutch Design + Build preserved the home’s character while thoughtfully reimagining it to better support the family’s lifestyle. The transformed home features a custom kitchen with layered cabinetry and premium finishes, an arched-entry wet bar with brass detailing, and a stone fireplace flanked by custom arched-niche built-ins. The lower level was rebuilt as an entertaining hub with a golf simulator and lounge area, while the primary suite was fully reimagined with a custom sauna and steam shower. Outdoors, a new pool with built-in bench seating and herringbone paver hardscape opens to views of the 10th green and the mountains beyond. A layered palette of warm stone, natural wood, brass, and quartz runs throughout the home, creating a bright, warm, and timeless aesthetic. The design story doesn’t end at construction. Our sister brand Hutch Home Co. completed the home with thoughtfully curated furnishings and accessories from their Old Town Fort Collins showroom, ensuring every space feels as intentional as the architecture itself.
